RF Tides of Destiny: Incomplete Items Owned List?

I apologize if this is already answered somewhere else, or if the answer is super obvious and I'm just clueless.

I'm nearly finished with RF: ToD. When I check my "Awards and Records" trophy in my living room, it says "Items Owned: 96%"

Is there any way for me to find out which items I haven't yet owned, and which ones I have owned?

Basically, is there an item list somewhere in the game? I can't seem to find one.

unfortunately, I can't seem to find one either. the best way I can see possible is to find one online, or what I am doing is writing down all of the items, weapons, dishes, etc. i get down. sorry for not being much help >..<
