I have a green wonderful attached on my hoe..do i need to charge ity hoe before tilling the ground in over to spend only 1 stamina?

I haven't noticed that I have had to. At least not in using it inside my house and in the mine.

You only need to power up the yellow wonderful, red, orange and blue wonderfuls.
The green, indigo and purple wonderfuls work automatically when you install them.
