What item is the easiest way to give a gift to Will so that the fp will add faster (Sunshine Island)

Well, the easiest gifts to give to him are Blue Magic Flower, Moondrop Flower, Pinkcat Flower, Red Magic Flower and Toy Flower, since Will likes all kinds of flowers.
When you give him one of these flowers, he should get +500 FP.
His favourite flower is the Firefly Flower (since it gives you +800 FP), but it isn't as easy to get as the other flowers.
(So you like Will, too? ^^)

The firefly flower is only available as a gift given to you on your birthday and the rabbit on Animal Island.

You can raise Will's heart level quickly with flowers you can find on the ground or small fish if you can't find enough flowers or if it is Winter and you have not raised the heart levels of the rabbits to three hearts.

If you speak to Will each day that will also raise his heart level.

is all the flowers can be grown in all seasons?
except for winter?

Actually you can't grow any flowers (that I remember of). You have to forage to get them. Just look to the ground and you'll find a good number of them, except in Winter.

That's true, you have to forage them, but there are quite a few, so it shouldn't be a problem ^^.
Except in Winter. The best solution would indeed be to give him a fish each day. They're worth less FP (+300) than the flowers, but it still helps. I got Will to a red heart by the 20th of Winter (or something like that) by giving him these things.

Or, if you really want to give hime flowers in Winter, just hire the rabbit team and they'll forage for you. I mean, I believe they'll do that even in Winter, but I'm not 100% sure.

If you're playing any other season, store some flowers.

All of the animals will forage for you all year long as long as you feed them. They also need to be at least three hearts.

The rabbits need to be higher in friendship points to bring firefly flowers but will bring all other flowers at 3 hearts. If you are in Fall and in a hurry to just increase the rabbits friendship use carrots.

I usually recommend spinach (will feed ducks and mice at the same time) or turnips (will also feed badgers) or cucumbers (badgers and mice as well) but if you are in a hurry carrots are their favorite food.
