How long does it take before you can unlock cucumber? I mean, I need to unlock it for a spring harvest festival and other advanced crops too, but I don't know how long it'll take. Can anyone help?

Well, you unlock cucumber when you have 10,000 crop degree points.
Watering a square of tilled soil or tilling a square gives you +1 point
Shipping a crop or buying crop seeds gives you +2 points
And harvesting a crop or using the seed maker, thresher or flour mill gives you +5 points
So it depends on how many crops you're growing at a time ^^

If you plant, harvest and ship as many crops as possible, you can unlock cucumber in the first Spring. If not you will have it definitely in Year 2. Look on the index page for the days each stage of the cucumber takes to avoid not getting cucumber because you ran out of days if you get the seeds late in the season.

And when you're shipping things, put one at a time in the shipping box, not the stack at once. The stack will give you only 2 points; if you ship one item at a time, you'll get 2 points for each item.
