Kirby aTAM Emergency!

(aTAM stands for and the amazing mirror) well, my game sometimes temporarily deleting every single file. (back to 0 percent) and then I have to turn on and off the game a few times before it comes back. once I got a notice that says 'your file is corrupted some data has been erased' before the title screen came up. nothing that i noticed got deleted.
1. WHAT THE HECK IS CAUSING THIS STUPID NOTICE???!!
2. Is there any way to save, (I know it saves auto) but to be sure I had to kill myself. (I had 21 lives from goal games)
any other info would be nice. oh, and also, if this keeps up, will it eventually erase my whole data of files?

You probably got a dud game.... now what was it that covert said once...
about the battery inside the game coming loose and stuff...

Take it to the store you bought it from and ask them if you can get a refund. If not, try emailing/writing Nintendo about this, and see if they'll offer to fix it.

AHHHHahahahHAHH!! *cracks sp in half* NOOOOO!!! my wonderful game...at 99%!!! aahh I was so close! I got it...then I was done playing...and then so I turned it off and the next moring there was this error..and..AAHHnoOO!!! *cries* THE WHOLE FILE WAS ERASED!!!
*sings*
I'm gunna sue the company...
those people making frigging dud games will die...
and when they do I'll make sure they don't come back...
by chucking a stupid « Mr.Gourmet's hat » piece of crrraaap knocking them out cold...

no. You'll have to ask the store to get a new one (and they shouldn't charge you the full price), or email Nintendo about it, they should fix it.

aw...oh, the yellow stars with switches on them? you press up while right in front of them and they open a door.
