Feeding pets

If I stop feeding pets, will they lose hearts or die? It's just a hassle that I have to go in and feed them! I wish they could graze like normal animals!

If you don't feed your pets, then you won't raise your friendship with them and you won't ever win the festivals or receive Truffles.

So I don't think they decrease, but they won't ever gain...It's a good idea to feed them anyway. If you already have ten hearts with an animal, I could see why you would want to stop feeding them, but I never tried it.

I would continue feeding them, what if you stopped feeding your real dog/cow or whatever, would they still like you? o.O

I doubt you would get a good showing at the pet festival and you won't get animal degree points.

Pets don't get sick or die though.

Except for your chicken,cow and sheep they will die cause they have a life span

Except that those animals are not pets...
