I know that hats are part of hair customization as opposed to clothes customization... But how many hairstyles have hats in them?

it's either we can buy hats seperately...
or the hats are glued to some hairstyles

The only styles I've seen with a hat attached are the default hairstyles.

And I think at least one (or only one) of the outfits has a hat attached to it. There aren't any separate accessories.

There is a Princess Style hair cut that includes a hair barette. It unlocks at Allen's shop after you buy the Princess Style clothing from Yuri's shop.

We can dress up like the Witch Princess?!? I actually really like her outfit this time around, it's nice!

Since we're talking about hats, do anyone knows if they have wedding dresses on this game?

There are wedding dresses, but you can't wear them on your farm. Only during the marriage event. There are 2 variations of headpieces you can wear, flower crown or bridal veil. For the guys there are 3 tuxedos to choose from: black, gray, and white.
