You get pregnant, you have a kid after two seasons, and then it takes two years for him/her to grow into different stages. Is that what you mean by what happens? Or do you want to know what he says or something?

Um... If this is what you want to know:
Will and your child will just stay at home all day.
However, when your child has grown a little, it will come to festivals, too.
And it will celebrate your birthday and such things with you and Will.

Exactly the same thing that happens in most HM games: you baby will be born, grow up a little and do nothing but walk around.
