Trees will grow during the Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons. When it becomes Winter, the trees will go dormant until the first of the year.

So no, your tree won't die in Winter, but it will stop growing and your tree will grow again once it hits Spring.

No, winter will kill ANY outside crops or grain. The only exception is grass, which will come back in spring.

No, wheat needs to be harvested before Winter or it is lost. I think it was Grand Bazaar that it came back in the Spring if it was not harvested.
