So, yeah, on my first anniversary, there was a snowstorm. I tried stopping everything that could possibly ruin it.

I didn't allow Julia to marry Elliot, by not trying to trigger their proposal heart event, because she hates me (and the feeling is mutual), by always get married on my anniversary in IoH, by only letting the rival event trigger exactly 7 days before my anniversary. So, I didn't give her a chance to do the same in this game.

Made sure that no other rival weddings could get in the way, and then I wake up on the 9th of winter, to a snowstorm. I think, "Ah well, at least it's not the 10th." Then, bam snowstorm on the 10th. No anniversary party for me.

So, have you ever had your anniversary ruined by a snowstorm/typhoon or a rival couple wedding?

Yeah, it has been. And I think it was actually, I was so mad about it

Figures. Julia is a total anniversary wrecker. I hate it when rival couples get married on my anniversary, because it's a case of "Hey, I worked damn hard to get my hubby, and all you had to do was show up for three heart events! Let me have my day!!!"

It is just my damn luck though. I wanted a white wedding, and it was snowing and so pretty... then the first anniversary a snowstorm. I hope it's not a sign of things to come, lol!

I was so mad at them that I gave both of them their horror gift the next day, that'll show them for ruining my anniversary

Then again, I don't need an excuse to give Julia her horror gift. As soon as I get hold of one, I talk to her for a couple of days, then give it to her.

I'm usually really good to the villagers but if they ruin something I was looking forward to then they pay
