1.how if you own 2 cow and 2 sheep then the next day they die both of them then when you but another cow ans sheep so u have 3 already right? will mirabelle give you sunstone even if your cow and sheep is dead and you own 3 cows but 2 dies...

2. the same thing when you own chickens for example you own 4 chickens then the next thay 1 chicken die and you bought i chicken so total u bought 5 already will mirabelle give u the sunstone even if 1 chicken die?

1. You have to own them. If you do not currently have three because they died or you sold them you won't get a Sunstone. Also they have to be full grown.

2. Same as 1.

so it means you have to have 3 cow OR sheep in your barn to collect the sunstone from mirabelle? and it means no animal should die at all? or 3 cows or sheep must be on your farm?

Yes.
You have to own 3 cows or 3 sheep at the same time.
