Will is just a romantic guy. His Red Heart line basically says you are his reason for being. Now that you are married he is able to be romantic all the time since you are his wife. Before you weren't really in a relationship so he didn't go all out.

At least you still like him. If you didn't that would not be fun.

Plus: he doesn't have a problem of being 'too romantic', you just don't see a person like him in real life. A guy who is romantic and kind. SAD, but true. I wish I could find a man like him
