The refrigerator, tool box, beauty box and the other very useful thing where you put your items (ooops, I can't remember it's name in English now, a complete blackout)...
They'll make things fresh forever and are dark pink, almost red.

Cabinet is number 4. It will hold your gems, wonderfuls, wonderful chips, weeds, flowers and anything non food
Unless you want 100% on your house you really only need to upgrade the refrigerator and the cabinet.
Tools and accessories will not deteriorate with time.
