I've been looking at the Japanese wiki for this game, and under Sanjay's heart events, it is noted that Amir must be in town. Does this mean he leaves every Fall like in Grand Bazaar?

Never mind, found out that he does leave before Fall and comes back in Winter.

Oh brother here we go again! I know that Amir goes back to visit his family,but if you're trying to get him to a red heart it totally disrupts the schedule you've been doing for the past few seasons...

I guess it's safe to assume that when Amir leaves, Sanjay stays and maintains the mansion until Amir's return, right?

Out of curiosity, does Sanjay ever leave town to visit his home country (to your knowledge)?

Well, you could also assume Sanjay goes back to Amir's country with Amir, because it's his job to guard/assist/take care of him.
But I don't know ^_^"

No, according to the Wiki on Sanjay's heart events, it says Amir must be in town when either Sanjay or you propose, so I'm assuming Sanjay stays in town while Amir goes back to celebrate his father's birthday.
