Help asap about Will please!

From the start I've been trying to trigger Will's purple heart event, and ever since then I haven't been able to. I received his sun stone and now his heart is green but I still can't trigger his heart event! PLEASE someone tell me what I have to do or when it's most likely to happen T___T

Well, for his first heart event, you simply just walk from your ranch to Verdure Island from 8-11 am on a cloudy or sunny day. His heart should also be at least purple, but you've covered that already. Hope this helps you trigger it.

Huh...well, are you sure you're trying to trigger it at the right time? You have to be on Ranch Island and walk onto Verdure Island anytime from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. It also has to be a sunny or cloudy day. It should work, just keep trying
