I hope so too. Since Marvelous seemed to expand on the whole "girlfriend boyfriend" thing before marriage, I have high hopes that the characters will be more memorable.

The boyfriend and girlfriend thing will be cool! I wonder if date festivals like The Starry Night Festival will require the person you would like to take to be your boy/girl friend. If so its gonna feel a lot more romantic than previous ones.

Yes they will! It's gonna be great! Starry Night is spent with your boy/girl friend, and it's supposed to be very romantic!

I think, according to Nurse Fin's dialogue, you can also invite the guys/girls as friends without dating them and it looks different and very friend-ish.

I wouldn't want to do that considering I've been taking the person I want to marry to date festivals as friends forever ( Plus I hear heart levels are really easy to raise so that shouldn't be a problem! )

Friend events? Count me in. That's so exciting. My biggest problem with playing as a girl is that the girls are my favorite characters, so I always wish I could be playing as a boy to experience more of their events and be closer to them. So if I can experience lots of events from both sides of the candidate spectrum, that would make me feel a lot freer as to whether I play as a boy or a girl.

That's not exactly what I meant. I meant that if you're a girl, you could invite a guy, whether you're dating them or not, to a date festival and the same thing would apply for guys asking girls regardless if they're friends or dating.

Well, with cross dressing in this game, you could always choose to be a boy and dress him up a like a girl and then you get your wish...in a way.

And a friendship event for each candidate that you can only activate as same-« Chicken Hugging ».

Really!? That's new! I like that, but what goes on during the festivals? And what festivals are they? Don't feel like you have to answer these questions... I'll wait until Cher is done with the guide!

I love WP, but I agree. I want to see characters from the older games. And I think it would be fun if you could marry The harvest goddess again(?).

I would like to see the main character from Innocent Life as a bachelor, like maybe he could travel back in time. It would be cool to marry a robot!

This is fascinating news! There's an event where I could actually go with your best pals. I would like to have Yuri or Michelle as my best pal, that would be interesting.
