how many floors in the mine?

Ok so I'm at the 50th floor of the mine and for some reasone there's no stairs or even pitfall... I've got there twice and samething both times so is 50th floor the last? If not then wat is and has anyone else had this issue?

There are 255 floors. Apparently you won't find stairs on some floors, so you have to keep trying and you'll find them if you try going in again. I haven't had that problem, but I hardly go very far, if I even go in the mine.

You can find stairs on any floor (although some that are covered in lava bubbles can be tricky), but you must have the required amount of mining degree points. If you aren't finding any stairs/pitfalls on level 50, it means that you need a higher mining degree to proceed. The only way to raise your mining degree is to mine more, so keep mining between levels 1-50 until you have a high enough level. It takes a while, but it is worth it. I recommend mining between 11-24 to get a lot of gemstones to ship, and then going straight to 50 to get mythic stone. This way you can make huge profits while raising your mining degree at the same time. (:

And the floors coverd in lava bubbles are the 100th and the 200th. Just save right before them and try to find a hole, so you can fall 2 (or more, if you wish) floors and skip those.
