Okay so I've noticed that my character always seems to be waking up at 8:00 AM. Is this normal? (I didn't notice before) I wasn't sure if I was used to the other HM games where you wake up at 6, or if there's something else odd about this. My stamina is usually low, but my fullness is almost always up, and I never go to bed in the game later than 11. Is waking up at eight normal?

Also, where is the mine, exactly? I couldn't find it in the Game Guide...

If your stamina is low that's probably the reason. Or the time you go to sleep at. 11 might be stressing it a bit much.

That is odd. I have gone to bed at 5:00am with low stamina and a topped off fullness bar and gotten up at 6:00am. My character regularly goes to bed after midnight with low stamina and a high fullness bar and is up at 6:00am. According to the guide if you go to bed with fullness below 80 but above 50 you will wake up at 8:00am.

Yeah, it's the fullness bar. If you go to bed hungry, you will wake up later.

Ahh okay. I was a bit irritated by that, but I'll make sure my fullness is up from now on. I've started eating sandwiches from the Cafe and it seems to be helping since I wake up at 6 now. Yay.

Volcano Island... Hmm... I'm going to have a hard time choosing between Volcano Island and Mushroom Island to raise next. Then again I only have 6 sun stones right now.

It is really not so bad - if you eat every two hours your fullness will stay at the top. I keep a stack of otherwise worthless black herbs around for that very purpose. I never have to worry about fullness.
