I would pre-order from Gamestop myself over other places, because if you pre-order from them, then you'll get a yak plushie! =)
It's really cute, and comes when you pick up your game.

As far as ordering online, I don't know, since I only pre-order in store. I've never pre-ordered online before. However, from what I've heard from other people, if you pre-order from Gamestop online, then your yak will come with your game in the mail. =)

I've never really had problems pre-ordering from Gamestop, so I would say it's a good choice.

I also agree with pre ordering from gamestop. They have good deals sometimes, and it always seems easier for me.
Getting it mailed to your house is more convienient from getting it from the store, though.

I have pre ordered there a few times, and they did good. Except for a time when UPS got my package lost.
But other than that, I trust Gamestop over Ebay, Amazon and others.

I pre-order games from Gamestop online myself and I haven't been disappointed yet. I pre-ordered ToTT (not my best decision, but oh well) and I got the game and pre-order bonus earlier than I expected. They've been reliable so far, even though if you get things on Amazon and such they may be cheaper, but that's just because I buy used things from Amazon.

I also get the games delivered to my house since I don't like visiting my gamestop and I haven't had any issues there either. I'd recommend it to anyone~
