It's the Yuri and Allen coupling that I just don't get. Yuri is so spacey she wouldn't react to anything Allen says, she wouldn't flatter him, and she doesn't like people touching her hair. I can see them as a mischief-making duo but as a couple I just don't see any chemistry there unless it's like one of those "we love to ignore each other 95% of the time" kinds of marriages.
Now that I think about it, there isn't any real chemistry from what little I know, although I they'd be good friends. I guess Allen x Iroha makes a lot of sense in my eyes (and she has...so...much...HAIR! ) Allen would fall in love the minute he saw her And actually...Yuri x Sanjay would be adorable! :3
I really like Neil x Felicity and I'm sticking with Tina x Rod.
Rod x Tina: I feel like Harvest Moon goes for the "opposites attract" approach a lot, which sometimes I like but sometimes not. I think Rod and Tina would get along because they're fairly similar, upbeat and kind characters. I just think they'd be really cute together.
Iroha x Soseki: Idk. She seems like one of the more mature bachelorettes so I think she'd fit well with Soseki.
Neil x Michelle: Yeah she'd annoy him at first, but Neil is annoyed by almost everyone anyway. If given the chance to get to know one another, I think they'd honestly end up having a lot of fun together. I get the feeling that Michelle would enjoy watching Neil play bass and that Neil would be amused by her magic show. And if Michelle is really as secretly snarky as she's supposed to be...well, I can't pass up having two people with attitude together.
Sanjay x Yuri: I don't know much about Yuri's personality, but she seems very straight-laced and hardworking. I think a kind, peaceful person like Sanjay would help her relax a little. They seem like they'd be a very sweet couple.
Amir x Felicity: I guess there's just something romantic about a prince falling for a waitress. I honestly don't know much about either of their personalities but I like them together as of right now. It's got potential. Yes I know he's a "secret" bachelor, no I don't care.
I don't really know if I want to pair up Allen with anyone. He seems very controlling. It would make me uncomfortable. I guess if I had to, I'd pair him up with the W.P. (who is the only bachelorette left anyway) because I know she wouldn't take any of his « Cow Poopoo ». Again, I don't care that she's a secret candidate.

Julius isn't really that forceful at all though, especially compared to Allen. They both like being stylish and that's about the only thing they have in common.
Ah, I didn't know about Iroha's problem with animals... That would be a deal-breaker, wouldn't it...?
Although, Neil might be able to help a little with that problem, but who knows?
I still maintain that many of the characters could work together, depending on how you look at it. =)
Now that you mention it, though, Celka X Yuri would be cute... =O
I really hope they make another "version" of ANB. With rival couples. I actually like rival couples, just for the rival heart events. =)

Julius isn't really that forceful at all though, especially compared to Allen. They both like being stylish and that's about the only thing they have in common.
Maybe not to the extremity of Allen, but Julius sometimes becomes so involved into something, he tends to block out others including how they may feel about participating (usually a project). This usually doesn't becomes a problem, until it's somebody who has a hard time expressing themselves (Candace). He's a little self-centered in that sense, but his intentions are a bit more pure compared to Allen's.

This, Nurse Fin, is why Allen x Neil would be the best rival couple ever. Seriously, they'd tick each other off all the time and have the most pointless fights and you get the idea....
Honestly, there aren't a lot of GREAT rival couples that I can think of (besides Allen x Neil), which is why I think they didn't include them in this game. Since Marvelous doesn't have to worry about making this character go with that character, we get a diverse selection of bachelor/ettes.
And actually...Yuri x Sanjay would be adorable! :3
