RF4: Question about money

Hi, I apologize beforehand if this topic is already posted somewhere. But I'm curious here... Is earning money easy in RF4? In RF3 it's pretty easy to earn money and lose it because of the item prices. So I was wondering if it's like that in RF4 too...

Nope. In fact, in the start of the game, only seeds available are turnip seeds and you dont get anymore until :: you either progress through the game or you complete requests and even then certain seeds such as leek and carrot seeds are more expensive in comparison to turnips.
I'm 100+ hours into the game and most money I've had in the game was 400,000 gold and even then so much of it was spent on upgrades, crafting and cooking ingredients.
Fishing is a step more difficult in this game than RF3 namely because the fish react to the line more sharply and that based on my knowledge, it is difficult to reel in an expensive fish.
And yes, there are more upgrades in this game than RF3 and ToD, namely castle space upgrades though they aren't mandatory for marriage.
Most expensive castle upgrade costs 1200 bricks, 2500 lumber pieces, 500000 gold and on top of that, 3500 prince points.
So yes, even prince points and bricks (made from hammering rocks) are added in aside wood and money, making upgrades more challenging. This goes for furniture such as :: extra watering holes for farms, a farm tool shed, a weapons stand to keep extra weapons, fridge and storage expansions, a wadrobe to change clothes, ect.

You just don't have the proper technique, Daisuke~~~~
Check this out, I just made
720,000,000 G like any other day while two smokin' hot chicks in bikinis tend to my gold farm and the town throws a celebration (see confetti in background) in my honor. HA!
Senseless bragging aside, I pretty much agree with Daisuke. Early game you'll always be low on cash unless you put some effort into farming and crafting. You don't really get access to the good ores until almost mid game. Mid game you'll be floating around 100k-200k but unless you craft your own gear and make your own food, you'll never even get to 300k. Late game sees you at 1,000,000 from time to time due to how much monster drops sell for; thing is, late game *is* around 100+ hours into it lol, and that's if you don't really spend on house and farm upgrades. Not until post game can you make as much money as the above picture.
RF3 Gaius's blacksmith, RF3 Yue's miscellaneous shop, and RF3 Sakuya's monster drop shop have their equivalent in RF4 (as well as new types of shops), and boy do they cost money. Most are around a few thousand to tens of thousands while some go for hundreds of thousands of gold a piece, especially late game weapons and drops.
And Daisuke, I think the most expensive castle upgrade is 999,999 gold + 7,000 lumber + 5,000 stone + 5,000 points.. not that I've done that yet, just that
the wiki says it.

But are the seeds more expensive in a fair way like in Harvest Moon, or in a nonsense way like RFF where turnip seeds cost 10g and some go as high as 1000g?
