Sort of off-topic, but...how do you get a reverse confession in this game? Just get them to a red heart and wait? And is their dialogue towards you at, say, a yellow heart different depending on if you're currently dating them or not?

You have to have given them 100 gifts or something like that. It doesnt even have to be things they like... any gift will do (dunno about hated things though). Heart level only has to be blue, though by the time you give them so many gifts chances are it'll be red.

And yes, once you're dating them most of their dialogue changes. That's another possible strike against waiting to date... You miss the blue, green, yellow, and pink dialogue and it jumps straight to them wanting to marry right away. But you also miss out on the "regular" heart dialogue if you date early on. It's all a matter of preference.
