It would be nice if that was the release date; giving us and others something to play if we go somewhere for Thanksgiving.

but Thanksgiving is the 27th... I mean you will probably still be playing it by then, but that is a long time off from Thanksgiving...

I think Ronin and others have said it at least 3 times just in this thread that there is no official release date, so no, it is not for certain. All we know is that it SHOULD be out by the end of this year, but that's not certain either yet until we get an official release date.

It's not supposedly. At this point, it's November 6th. =)
And with all the teasing they've been doing, I have a good feeling about this release date. I don't think they'd do that much teasing if the game wasn't close to completion.
And even if they do push it back, I doubt it will be much, as that would put it in 2013, and they've said countless times before that it will be 2012.

the reason i said supposdly is due to push backs, any time early December and its still fair game.

But the official date is still technically November 6th. At this point, it's not supposedly. =)
But, I get your point. I just want a day or two to be happy about the release date that we've been waiting for for so long!

I still stand by my gut. Maybe I'll be proven wrong, but I can hope, can't I? :D

I know! :'D I can't wait! It's be too long since I've played a Harvest Moon game!

That's good advice, though. =)
I'll still be pre-ordering regardless! I just don't know which version to pre-order, given the anniversary edition is $10 more...

I got mine for $14.99 at Best Buy, for once they had something for cheap. :) I hope they release it for the DS someday...or I could just get a 3DS...but my Ds still works, so...*ponders*
