I think the next HM game will go back in years, and not be so modern... But I kinda like this modernness, though instead of a scooter, a bike would have been better, healthier

And, it would have made more sense.

...If I were to ride my bike in a Harvest Moon game, the 1st generation Pokemon bike theme music would probably play in my head. :D

Yeah, a bike would make more sense then a scooter. I'm still kind of weirded out by the panda and dragon car, they remind me of those machines you see at parks that little kids put coins in and ride. I still wish we could ride different animals like in Animal Parade instead of cars and jet packs. When I saw the NB HM trailer in Japanese I thought that the panda was real and I was excited but the car is sort of weird.

I think the dragon car is more like a lion dog car. It makes a strange barking noise as it goes. It also has little doggy ears.

I made the lion dog car and it's really awkward to go backwards as I'm a bad driver I run into things and have to back up.

The poor horse in this game is really underused and if only it didn't have a slow start it would have been perfect for me as it the turning circle was really good and at 10 hearts when it was at full speed it was just as fast as the car.

Yes, Yes it was that way :D It depended on the amount of hearts and how much it's star level was, if I remember correctly. I love the horses in every Harvest Moon game, although the horses I liked the best were the MM horses and AnWL's horse.

Yes! Minus the rain for me but the sound of the horses in Magical Melody were sooooo relaxing.


The horse mini game in Magical Melody was awesome in general. They should bring something like that back.

I didn't like the horses from MM at all, they looked weird. and their tail was so short, it wasn't pretty all like a horses should be.
I prefer the sounds from AWL for the horses, I think they used almost pretty much the same thing for MM.
I don't know, it's been years since i played MM and I sold it as soon as I finished it cause I tried playing it again but it has no replay value at all.
I never ride my horse in the rain cause I didn't like them getting sick, especially with the AWL horse, got stressed so easily.

hehe i suppose thats the one good thing about ToTT, horses never got sick. and i dont think the magical melody ones got sick...
