No, he doesn't become a priest.

It's Volkanon who serves as the "priest" in the weddings.

Leon moves into the Xiaoling inn after defeat. He sees both Linghua and Xiaopai as amusing people.

I hate knowing the plot, because I really don't feel accomplishment unraveling the story because...well, I already knew what happened anyways...

Understandable, Dravvy. I never feel "accomplished" when I beat a plot in a game, so maybe that's why I don't mind :p plus I like to prepare myself if there's something upsetting that's going to happen. I'm looking at you ASOIAF book series...

I received the guidebook a few days ago and it's pretty much just a condensed wiki (like you were saying a review said) No new artwork or anything, really. It's still really nice though.
