Thank you! It's great to be back!

Anyway that's a small-ish disappointment but at least it'll make it more convenient to look for RF4 gameplay info~ Also the guidebook serves a secondary function for me, hehe. As a child I used to fall asleep reading thick game manuals and the perfect guide might just provide that nostalgic comfort.. especially because it's for my favorite game <3

Yeah, the first thing I did was rip it open and look for any artwork, portraits, etc... and there were none. Well, technically they show like.. 2 portraits for each character, but yeah. I was kind of disappointed in that, but meh. Super cute though about you reading thick manuals as a kid. Hopefully it is nostalgic for you!

It was fun looking at the romanization for each of the character names though... Vishnal = Viznar. I'm not sure how they came up with that one, but I seriously giggle every time I think about it.

Have you started on new game+ yet? Or still working on the trophies? Definitely great to have you back! How much longer will you actually be on vacation for?

Truth be told I haven't touched the game since I set out for the half-dreadful half-SENSE-OF-LE-ACCOMPLISHMENT 49 hour train ride. Well I did a little bit last night where I tried to farm for another high level weapon recipe bread but failed... that aside, I haven't been active in playing it so far but that will change tonight!.. maybe.. lol..

I haven't really set a definite end for my travelling, (I'm already set to miss one week's worth of classes, late registration as well) but I think my absolute max would be the 16th. I would want to be back home by the 16th!.. maybe.. lol..

anyway, going now, catch ya later kirie

Unless you were in a sleeper car, I can't imagine a 49 hour train ride O_o It must be awesome being on such a long vacation though. Totally jealous! (especially about the panda's)

Take it easy Zhang!

They're just used to for generic terminologies such as "The Forest of Beginnings" or stuff like food names and farm equipment. Or just story related terms.

Yes it has a special function. Blue text are there so when you're not interested in reading the story you can just camp for a blue text keyword to appear and remember that. Kinda like textual waypoints/hints.

This sure sounds like a confession, doesn't it?

@Kirie: It was indeed a sleeper train~ I'm not hardy enough (yet) to endure a 49 hour seater.. That sounds like a torture method used by the teddy bear secret police. My record for a seater is only 22 hours, and I do not dream the dream of beating that record.

Zheng, if you dont mind, can I make a translation request? Involving part of the special marriage dialogue of Dolce's that I couldn't understand.

Yes, of course. If it's like super long I can't guarantee a "tonight translation" though since I can't go to bed too late :p

But yes, shoot.

It's just four to five text boxes long. Otherwise, I understood the rest of Nancy and Jones' marriage message during the ceremony.

Well that wasn't easy to woolsey-fy, lol. I had to use a thesaurus.. but here you go~

Nancy: Lest, Ruu-chan may be clumsy when it comes to words and sometimes she tends to be a bit too direct, but..
Nancy: The truth is, she is gentle, so gentle and cute, and despite having a lonely side to her,
Nancy: She is my pride! My one and only daughter..!

Thanks Zhang.

...wow...that is the most adorable thing ever. The fact Nancy starts tearing up doesn't help either...just wow...

Honestly, of all the bachelorettes' special messages, Jones/Nancy/Pico's dialogue to Dolce in the wedding is my favorite.

And Zhang, a 22 hour train ride? In a seater? I've been to Rome in the past via a 6 hour train ride and that alone already bored me out of my skull.
