All of the bachelors have reverse proposals..so I'm not sure where you heard otherwise.
@ Selphie - Yeah, I know it'll all get translated sooner or later.. just may be a bit :D I can do small bits/conversations, but the larger events take me way too long

Fin does seem busy with school (most of us are students here?) I'd say she's THE translator round these parts, she gives me the impression that she's been translating for no short amount of time. One person posts a request and she's like BAM translated lol. (I also see her translating in the Hajimari no Daichi subforum)
I will help translate random stuff (and very important stuff) from time to time but my schedule is erratic (I typed erotic the first time.. wat.. hmm, I wish?) so no frowns directed towards my general vicinity if I miss requests :p
Here's one request..
Spoiler:
Doug: Hey, Frey!
Frey: *ignores*
Doug: Frey..?
Doug: Er.. Frey?
Frey: *keeps walking*
Frey: *suddenly hugs Dylas from behind*
Dylas: ♥♡❤!?!
Doug: ..........
Frey: *kiss*
Dylas: Honey-!? What are you..?
Frey: Yay~ hug attack on darling was a success!
Dylas: !? >/////<
Frey: *glares condescendingly at Doug*
Doug: *« What The Eggplant » is happening*
In my opinion, (and this is going to be an unpopular one here) Margaret is like a better, but less fun Daria. In fact, ALL bachelorettes in the game are better, deeper, more realistic, and feel more alive than ever BUT LESS FUN than RF3 and RFO. The quirkiness is still there, but some of the magic got lost.
Maybe it's because I'm a more plot-superficial player who tends to attach more importance to the gameplay (and boy I do) and just want a few bite-sized laughs or stupid grins here and there.. Even with general dialogue skipping, RF3 and RFO were able to make me lol in real life countless times. RF4 3 times. I realize I sound overly critical of RF4, and I'd want people to know that it still is objectively the better game by bounds and leaps. But subjectively not as fun, character wise. Also I tend to get cranky when I'm hungry and I haven't eaten breakfast yet.
Kirie, I will be wooing everyone but only eventually and in consecutive NG pluses. Only one bachelor/bachelorette per game. (after all, I only use ONE save data) If their scenes remain unsummarized here by the time I get to them, I will make sure to keep my hand off the Y button, lol..
Anyway you keep RF4 dialogue photos on your photobucket, right? Link me and I'll take a look at them. However, 1300 images is 1300 images and it isn't a very small amount so you'll have to exercise buddha-on-a-120-hour-standing-ticket-bicycle-ride patience before I can summarize all of that, hahaha. The Terra Cotta army was fantastic, there really is a sense of "MOTHER. OF. « Harvest Goddess »." when you first enter the dig site. An added bonus were some visiting archaeologists working onsite.. it was fun to seeing non-cinema archaeologists do real work!

Yeah, pretty sure the majority of us go to school :p Mine doesn't start until later on the month, so that's why I'm always constantly stalking the forums right now.
Oh, no worries about me being patient! Take all the time you want. I really really do appreciate the help. I'll link you to Arthur and Kiel's events, since they are the ones that haven't been summarized yet. I know enough about Leon's to where I'm not antsy for more information :p I haven't picture documented Doug's, but I'm working on getting it done soon.
I definitely understand your points about the RF3 cast. On the flip side, I couldn't stand the majority of the cast in RF3, and the general quirkiness of the whole town really grated on me. Probably why I love everyone in RF4 so much better :p But those who enjoyed the zaniness of the RF3 characters will probably be a bit disappointed.
Ahh, that sounds like an amazing experience! Jealous jealous jealous. Are there any other cool places on your agenda to visit while you're traveling around?
Thanks again for all of the help Zhang!

I love silliness so RF3 is my favorite. But everything I'm hearing about RF4 makes my new favorite.
I'll take anything over boring as hell. * is GLARING at you RF2*

Is there any video of character swapping? Has anyone here tried it yet?

I come back to find that the old thread has died :( so many memories.
Well, this thread looks really nice though so I guess I'm fine with this being my new home till the game comes out :D

I've seen some pictures and videos of it floating around. I haven't tried it because I find myself liking Frey so much.
I have thought about switching with pony but that would be majorly disturbing. Pony mama and Frey papa.

Wait... So the character you become becomes you? Why don't you just try without saving?

Saving doesn't matter because it's so cheap to do, but the thought of it is messed up enough. My imagination works wonders by itself, I dont need it to be realized.

runefactor, changing character models will not make you swap with that character. So if Fin changed into a Dylas, it would be a Dylas papa and a Dylas mama. You can swap into all NPC models including pico, ezelbard, and the various faceless tourists. Gameplay is not affected by model swapping and no one notices or comments on it.
Unlockable characters for "model swap" are your two children: you unlock daughter when you have one and son when you have one. (must use NG+ to be able to unlock both)
Yes, yaoi.. enthusiasts.. you can now have Dylas and Vishnal graphically tuck in together with their little boy already asleep in the middle. Until morning comes and your hubby gives you a hug and a super fail dish.

I'm planning on going to a locally famous sites (Jiuzhaigou for instance, google it, the pictures are legit!) and some holy Buddhist and Daoist mountains but they aren't really internationally famous. Except for the Three Gorges Dam I guess but it's just a dam, big, but nothing much to see. (the true scenery is each of the three gorges and the beautiful path between them)

I lol'ed. Yeah, not touching that feature at all.
Looked up Jiuzhaigou, and wow it's gorgeous! I bet you'll get some breathtaking pictures from there. (Show us some cool scenery pics if you ever get the chance!) I admit I haven't really traveled much (been to Canada, lived in Puerto Rico, that's about it) but I would love to visit China someday. Hopefully I'll be able to go to Japan next year, so that'll cross that off my list. I love to travel, but I don't have the chance to do enough of it

I THINK it's 20 days after you get married, and your spouse will ask you about having a kid or something... idk. I don't have the gameXD
