I like how much there is to build and the tedious requirements to build everything. I know some people find it annoying to find a bunch of random objects and materials, but I find it gives me something to do and makes it more challenging for me to complete everything. (:
I think there has been a topic like this before, buuuut...
Customization and the dating system! I can't pick because I don't have the game yet. I'll know what I like most after I own the game. :D
But, being able to change your character's appearance to your liking it pretty dang awesome! ^-^

Without a doubt, the new dating mechanics. The customization isn't as easy to do and could maybe use some balancing to maintain the game flow more in regards to the town building part. But being able to actually date a girl instead of being good friends and suddenly getting married makes the game more involving. I like the huge amount of effort gone into events and dialogue in this game too.
