Why does the Gamestop site say October 23 but the Natsume says November???

The joys of having guessed street dates when the company doing the porting hasn't even released a date. Take the november one as official since it actually came from the official source.

Yeah, but I pre-ordered my game today and the guy at Gamestop said that was the date, maybe I'm working too much and am confusing my self....

No!!! Man, I really wanted it early! Even though I wasn't a hundred percent sure how I would be able to afford both Harvest Moon and Resident Evil I still wanted it and was willing to take more money out of my paycheck. I mean these two games will keep me busy for quite awhile until I'm able to afford Silent Hill: Downpour and Dishonered. Evil Gamestop already took my five bucks....
