It's November 6. Gamestop used Oct 23rd for a while just so people like us could preorder the game. When a game is listed on their website, it has to be out already or have a date that it comes out (I guess?). So before it was announced, they just used the 23rd as a placeholder until they were informed of the real one.

My Japanese isn't the best but I can try translating the comic:

1st:
Frey: Dylaaaaas~! Here's a quiz!
Dylas: Oh?

2nd:
Frey: What's strong, super cool, and something that I reaaally love?
Dylas: Eh? That's the quiz? ...Raiden--
Frey: BZZT! I love Raiden too, but that's not the right answer!

3rd:
Frey: The correct answer is...Dylas!



I couldn't read some of the kanji but I'm pretty sure this is the general gist of it. Frey's sentence in the 2nd panel was really hard to translate in a way that flows smoothly in English. Someone more experienced should feel free to correct me...
