I know on the FAQ they said "retailers such as amazon, gamestop, walmart" or something but also "check before ordering" and the amazon page hasn't updated that they're giving the yak yet

I just pre-ordered from EB Games today, they told me they'd call me around the 7th to pick up my game and plushie. My poor mother, I had to almost drag her over to the store so I could come in and get a hold on the game. She's convinced I already have too many video games, which may or may not be true.
