gift giving problem

im trying to give gifts to natalie and sabrina for their sunstones and it says that gelatin is one of both girls 300 point gifts. i talked to both of the for 5 days like the guide said to do and when i tried to gift them on day 6 the both said no thanks or ill pass. whats up?
