I read on Cher's help site that when you marry a Mineral Town girl (You can unlock the girls by connecting your Mineral Town GBA game), after the wedding it cuts to the credits and restarts from your last save! Should I at least still raise Popuri's heart to red? (I like Popuri )

When you marry any of the Mineral Town girls the game ends, as you said. So if you really like Popuri, I'd say for you that isn't worth it to raise her to red hearts because you marry her and can't live the married life with her. I think all the effort on courting her would be simply thrown on the trash.
You can just court her too, along with another bachelorette.
I think you can marry her with married life only in older games.

Yes.....Sadly when you marry a mineral town your life, oh I mean your game ends...
I guess you move to mineral town and BETRAY forget me not valley which I shall NEVER forget.
But if you really love Popure then yeah sure, go for it.

You could raise her Heart Level to Red. It sucks that if you marry a Mineral Town girl, your game ends (with is funny considering marrying a Mineral Town boy doesn't end you game on DSCute for some reason.)

Luckily there's no betrayal cutscenes so everyone is happy.

What i would do is, save your game on both diaries when you get 60 sprites (if the other diary is still free). Marry Pupori on one of them. BOOM end your game, but at least you've married her right?

Then on your other diary (which also has 60 sprites (ya saved it) marry someone else

Hmm... this might work. You married Popuri once, and in the second it would be easier to marry someone else.

Yeah, in DS it'll end it if you marry a Mineral Towner, so I say go with what Heylolu said.
So then, you have everything saved, and you only don't have to end your game. Then you could probably find someone else that fits your interests.

I really think one of the things I didn't like in the boy version is that the game doesn't continue after marrying a mineral town girl. I'm sorry, but I prefer them instead of the Valley ones (I like Popuri and Karen )
