- yep, check Rebecca's shop after you've harvested... I'm not sure how many but maybe 100 crops and you should see the blueprint for soil fields available. or if you just want to make more gravel fields, you have the blueprint already. the third kind of field will show up at Rebecca's after you harvest...a lot more crops. Check out Cher's site with crop basics for the exact numbers.

3. Do I have to plant tree seedlings in one of the crop fields,for a fruit tree to grow?
- Yes. a fruit tree takes up four squares (half a field). You don't have to water it.

4. Which gift items could I give to Dunhill,that doesn't cost any money?
- He seems okay with mint. He likes coffee packs better but those aren't free.

5. What exactly is soil for?
- ingredients for some blueprints like the other fields. also a good free gift for Toni

6. Does using fertilizer affect the area of the crop field ground,or only the growing plant?
- the growing plant

7. When growing flowers,is it better to sell them,or to use them as gifts?
- I don't know, I've been holding on to them so far.

8. Which foragable item are used in blueprint formelas? I know that mint is one such item.
- chamomile is needed for sure. also honeycombs and moondrop flowers. honestly I'd hold on to it all.

Yes, growing grass is for fodder. If you leave your animals outside where they can get to it, they'll eat the grass.

I don't think there's too many things you can do in the beginning of the game to get money. Selling insects is good.

This game is incredibly slow in the beginning. Once you get to the end/middle of spring, it'll pick up so don't worry.

Do I have to cut some of the grass though to put in the dispenser as fodder for rainy days? I dont have any cows yet, but I thought I'd be prepared.

Did you unlock Rod yet? You have to get the music sheet in his house before you can get the one in the doctor's.
