Sorry if this has been asked already (My access to the internet is limited because of the hurricane damage) but what are the unlock requirements for everyone? Specifically Sanjay/Amir and Soseki.

For Sanjay/Amir, you need to build the Exotic Mansion and have shipped 30 potatoes and 30 yams. For Soseki, you need to build the Eastern-style home (not sure what it's called in the US version yet) and you need 5 wheat (not sure if shipped or for making the house, so I just have it stored).

Ok I have a question, recently I am starting town renovation plan #4 but as I get new buildings i got new people, so my question is its really necesary to give gift to alllll my villagers? most of my day go out just by giving gifts and looking the villagers to give their daily gifts and it gets tired after a while, that why i was asking that, or should i only give gifts to certain villagers or the bacheloretes/bachelors ?

Just give gifts to whomever you feel like. I only give gifts to bachelors below a blue heart, and any villagers I'm trying to get specific items from. People won't get mad at you for not giving them gifts, you just need to talk to them at least once a week.

I think it is every 6 days but it gets reset every time you play multiplayer and sheer it. I got all my sheep at the same time but left one out of multiplayer and it was the only one to produce wool in game so far. :/

If you put a gold egg in the incubator will the chicken born from it lay Holden eggs or does it just become a normal chicken?

Yeah, I technically have a facebook, but it's not active so I couldn't (and wouldn't want to) participate. What about using the forum chat, or possibly an external chat (a link-locked... tinychat?? IRC is the best, but not everyone has a program for it... though mibbit works right?) to talk to each other about trades...?

That way the forum itself wouldn't get clogged up with posts like "does anyone online have a ___? my friend code is _____" "added you!" "opened up a room!" kind of banter and it would be easier to keep track of who is doing what.

Plus my PM box keeps filling up and I don't like that ._.

I have a question about pets.
I know they herd your animals inside and outside, but that's basically all I know. ._. And, I can't seem to find a good guide on them...
Is there a difference between what the dog and cat do? And, I've heard something about training them, and that it takes an enormous amount of time...
...I really have no clue. And, I can't buy one until I figure out whether I should get a dog or cat...

A cat takes the chickens out and a dog takes the livestock out. Each animal takes out 5 animals. So you need two cats and two dogs if you have full livestock and chickens. They do this automatically.

Um I have a question and I know it mighty sound silly but. when do you get the fishing trap's form Dunhill? I ask cause I am all ready in spring day 7 and have. yet to get them form him I forgot if he was to stop by on Spring 5th if so. in my game he did not top by on the 5th of Spring. please answer if you can I'm so confused.

To unlock the fish traps you must walk to the river from the town and a cutscene occurs. This happens on the 20th of spring.

Does a rainy day count as your crops being watered once or twice a day?
