I can't seem to find an answer to this so I thought I'd ask about it.
What do Hina and Hana like? I can't seem to find any info on there likes (or maybe I'm being a spaz and missing it).

Someone posted a link with a list which was helpful when Sandra eventually showed up. Sorry I cannot recall who posted it but these are the items within that list.

Items that require a drink made with spring tea leaves:
Black fence - one of the requirements is 1 star Spring milk tea x1
Pink curved- one of the requirements is 2.5 star Spring milk tea x3
Solid Orange- one of the requirements is 1 star Spring herb tea x1
Cherry Tree- one of the requirements is 1.5 star Spring herb tea x4.

Others items that require you to use any season tea leaves including Spring tea leaves are:

Pine tree - one of the requirements is 2.5 star vegetable tea x8
Palm Tree - one of the requirements is 1.5 star Peach tea x5
Yellow fence - one of the requirements is 1.5 star milk tea x3
Yellow Arch - one of the requirements is 2.5 star Apple tea x3
Pink fence - one of the requirements is 2.5 star honey tea x7
Fusuma - one of the requirements is 1 star strawberry tea x1
Eastern furniture - one of the requirements is 1.5 blueberry tea x3
Old furniture - one of the requirements is 1.5 star butter tea x3
White furniture - one of the requirements is 1.5 star cherry tea x3

Linen is made with a Cloth maker using flax.

Nope, they are a one time harvest crop.

Yep. You can grow them in any season.

1. I don't think there is a difference. Just place 3 traps and circle between them. Or save before a trap start shaking and reload until you get bottles, if you have the patience.

2. Green furniture x3, Forest Green floor x3, Signboard x1, Toy Robot x7. Don't really need that many of them, unless I'm missing some blueprint.

There's Eastern style furniture for your house, right? I had my brother look it up for me last night and apparently he couldn't find the blueprint for it on Rebecca's Designs page.
