Paddy crops and fruit are the only ones that go one for one, and since fruit trees live indefinitely you shouldn't need to plant more of those. For paddy crops it's worth it to level up a few, but I'd only grow as many as you need and move on with it. It's not worth it to keep a large supply of high star seedling for anything you grow in water.
All other crops turn into seed bags, which can in turn produce four crops each. If you grew 8 turnip, turned 4 into seeds, then planted all those, you'd end up with 16 turnip the next time around. But... you probably didn't need me to tell you that. I'm just making sure to be thorough.
Why is Chum Salmon Soup not a soup recipe? I was about to post a question asking if my game was glitched because I should have had all the mining recipes but couldn't find it anywhere in my recipe list, but then I stumbled upon it thinking that maybe it had been a misnamed item (like the two boiled spinach recipes) There are like, four stew/soup recipes that aren't sorted with the rest of the soups. That's just mean.
Okay this may be a stupid question but I'm starting to get annoyed at this. Neil's favorite food, Shrimp Chili, where do you get this recipe?
I can't find it in the mines, so does Clement give it to you or do you win it in a festival or do you have to fish it out?
