Well, they may be more willing to check those that dropped their orders (last minute), and see if they still shipped to them regardless. And after that, they may or may not throw a fit.

But, it seems like Natsume seems pretty cool about it, which is surprising. Hopefully the fans will be kind to Natsume and give back the copies that they didn't pay for.

You aren't the only one. They sent me two extra copies too. I'm emailing them right now as we speak.

But yeah I was really surprised lol I even checked my card and it wasn't charged twice thank goodness!

That's just... maddening. I've been getting he run around from them all week because I didn't get my second game and yak, which I PAID for, and you guys are getting 2-3 copies of the games/plushies for free. That's ridiculous.

I swear, this company just wants to lose me as a customer.

Thanks. Sorry, was getting frustrated there, but I shouldn't have ranted about it here. ^_^ Thanks for the reassurance, and my apologies.

Apparently sending an email threatening to take my business elsewhere did the trick; I got my correct tracking number less than 30 minutes after I sent the message. I feel much better now that I can see where it is.

I hope anyone else who has the same problems or is still waiting on theirs gets their games soon!

I also received 2x's of HM:ANB in the mail. As if that wasn't odd enough, Federal Express decides to deliver it at 9pm. Good goddess, I was super shocked, but mostly confused haha.

I didn't even have an inkling of keeping the extra copies. Natsume, heck any business works their bottoms off for quality products. Granted profit is always a by-product, but for the most part, Natsume has done fantastic for us bringing our fav Japanese localizations, right? How treacherous of us to betray them that way........ (this is sounding like I'm in a relationship with Natsume and I'm going to cheat or whatever lol)

But yeah, guys return them! Have a heart! ^__^

**their customer service rep had the cutest Asian accent lolz. I didn't have a problem understanding it though, because apparently if you're also Asian, you understand it ha**
