So I wore the Nordic dress and Neil hasn't complimented me on it. The forum page said that Neil likes Nordic style and I'm not sure if Nordic style and Nordic dress are the same thing. Does he compliment you when you greet him or do you have to keep clicking the A button to get the dialogue? I'm dating Neil too if that helps.

It's just random dialogue that could trigger. It won't every time.

You do have to be dating for it to work. From what I understand they are two separate outfits based on lists I've seen on other websites.

Nordic style isn't the same as Nordic dress. You also have to be dating him to get the compliment. It should be the first thing he'll say when you talk to him after changing your outfit - for me, I never got him to compliment me again until I changed out and then back into the outfit he likes.

Suffolk Yarn Ball (2.5+ star) x18
Cotton Fabric (2+ star) x7
Purple Cloth x10

I don't remember the requirements for it to unlock, though.

Thanks! I'm thinking it's probably the ones where you befriend Yuri. All the outfits I unlocked were befriending Yuri and Neil.

Yes. I'm married to Neil & everytime I change into an outift he likes, he compliments me as soon as I talk to him.
