^ Similar problem. I'm dating Iroha currently in my main file, lost interest pathetically fast, and am currently going through the arduous process of breaking up, while her heart was already red, argh. Having to get it all the way down to purple, while not wanting to miss out on festivals, it's awful. They really make you work towards breaking up, which is nice and bad at the same time.

So reading this forum, I knew about potatoes and yams. Didn't get yam seeds in year 1 festivals so resigned to wait til next Fall. Got them in year 2, grew 4 fields, shipped 30 and no Dunhill. Shipped more yams in 2 days, still no 6am visit.

It says I grew 84 potatoes but apparently suffered severe brain damage and must not have shipped them as potatoes. Prolly cooked them, I dunno « What The Eggplant » I did but major phail.

So now I gotta wait til Spring year 3 to finish renov #4.

This is a knowing yet still failing mistake of major proportions. But then, meh...just gotta wait. Maybe get my greenhouse done before Spring. This is why my HM games take years and years to complete.

I had Yuri at a red heart and tried breaking up with her for two months, eventually I got her down to pink (yay!), then several day later did a festival. I just got every girl to a purple heart again. :3 single life~

Ahh, thank you! I never thought of this, and it would be nice to know where everyone's FP level is, and to have the heart levels back before seeing the other heart events. Accumulating FP in this game is ridiculously easy so the loss is barely a blow, too.

That is an excellent name for a llama.

(I haven't played much of Skyward Sword, but Groose was hilarious)

To get back on topic, I accidentally sold my tools the very first day I shipped things. That wasn't fun. Otherwise, the worst thing I can recall doing was forget some tool or item (usually a present) I needed, attempt to reload, and realize that I hadn't saved for a day or two. There was also me selling things like chamomile, honeycombs, and moondrop flowers before I learned that I needed them; I had to hold off on building my pet shed until spring because moondrop flowers don't pop up during winter. (I don't have enough animals for a farm bell [nor do I plan on getting them anytime soon], so I needed to get pets)

Here's hoping I actually shipped 30 potatoes over the past two game years so that I can finish Town Restoration Plan #4 when I get the yam seeds. I was good about shipping them all my second year, but I know that was less than 30, and I'm pretty sure I cooked most of my potatoes my first year once I knew how.

Edit: I just remembered that I accidentally gave one of my chickens a sheep treat because I selected that treat by mistake. Poor chicken was not happy with that.

Couldn't you just show Iroha a cat or dog or wild animal over and over? Oh, or, Soil is listed as a -500FP gift for her, and it's free from the shop.

If you don't want to lose FP with everyone, that might be the way to go.

I really liked her, and then suddenly... no. Poor Iroha

My latest booboo was saving to take at trip then going inside and no Charles behind the counter. I see the festival icon by the date, "Ohh the Fishing Festival start day!" Then realized it was 4:30pm.

Got all disgusted and started playing that 2nd restarted file. Cut down all the trees and figured I don't need that much lumber...Wrong - 2 stacks of small lumber was not enough for renov #2. And cooked my chamomile when I needed them for the bushes. Was feeling all smug from saving all the honeycombs and bees too.

May have to restart AGAIN! lmao no, can't even restart correctly, gonna give up and just play.

Sorry, I haven't played ANB yet, but I have certainly made similar mistakes in other HMs. It happens to all of us. Hope it didn't ruin things too much for you!

I apparently am a slow learner... I have my fruit trees all together up on the right side of my farm. For an entire year, I have missed 3/4 of the fruit because I either forget its there or in the case of winter, I didn't think anything grew (btw Oranges do..sigh) Not that the missed fruit is that big of a deal just frustrating to do the same thing over and over.

Okay, I feel really dumb, but what "bus" are you talking about? I don't think I have a bus in my game - must be missing something....
