Hmm..
Rune Factory I don't remember too well, but I definitely didn't like Mist. I did like Raguna and Melody a lot as characters, though. (I tend to always like your character in each game.)

Rune Factory 2, I loved the characters of Rosalind, Yue, and Barrett. I liked most of the characters in this one, but I suppose someone I never really cared to make friends with was Egan.

Rune Factory 3, I really like Daria and Sofia (and can't decide which one to marry in my first playthrough--any suggestions?). I also love Gaius--his character is so well made, and he looks pretty awesome. Pia has a really interesting and funny personality. Wells and Marjorie are the most chill elderly people ever. Whom I don't like would have to be the two who run the Fishing store, but especially Carmen. She really annoys me. Carlos is alright, and he has a very unique design, so he has that running for him.

Dislike:
Unlike most of the people on the internet (and sometime real life), I have a really hard time disliking people/characters unless they've done something that's actually bad or wrong. Not sure if I just have a lot of tolerance but sometimes I'm absolutely baffled by some of the harmless things people find so annoying. If I had to choose I would say Sierra and Karina, as laziness is definitely not a good trait. At least Karina fixes it though.
