I thought Natsume made the Harvest Moon games.... I must be imagining things when I load up FOMT.

Cassik: Natsume translates and distributes the game in the US just like Ubisoft translates and distributes the game in europe. It's a fairly common mistake that most people make so I wouldn't be to worried about it. I mean there name is the very first thing you see when you load up any harvest moon (after the nintendo logo of course)

Infogrames is the latest buyer of the name though by the looks of it they might actually be keeping it for awhile which would be a decent change.
