If that's the Tsubasa I think it is (the one done by clamp) It's not even out as an anime yet. Only as a manga :p.

I've watched and liked so many anime it's hard to pick what 5 are my exact favorites... so I'll just list some of my all time favorites.

Juuni Kokki (The 12 Kingdoms)
Gundam Seed (and it's sequel Destiny)
Full Metal Alchemist
Robotech/Macross series
School Rumble
Tsukuyomi moon phase
Neon Genesis Evangelion
Ah Megami-sama (Oh My Goddess) OVA

umm..Mai HiMe was quite funny, but boring.
Sensei No ojikan..26year old teacher, that's small in size XD with gay students..lol (some ghey students..lol..hilarious)
Kannazuki no miko..(something...goddess..o-o) it's sad..but that hero guy getes annoying in every episode..he just had to butt in -_-

All the anime in Shonen Jump is top class. But I love Full Metal Alchemist.
