If anyone remembers hm2 (I think?) Girl meets Boy one.. your "wife" took care of the animals and you could give her certain assignments for the day that REALLY helped out. I think that would be best of all, but I like the gardening idea too.. I never have time to grow those flowers.

That was Harvest Moon 3. I agree that that helped, but with the addition of Harvest Sprites in FoMT, that feature wasn't necessary. Hopefully you'll be able to get either the sprites or your wife to help you in this game.

i like all the options. i think that she should be able to work on the farm, like in hm64. that made hte game more realistic. i mean, who in their right mind would just wander around the table all day? also, the duties should be shared between husband and wife...

i'd vote for the garden for sure. It would be cool for her to have her own little garden. were she would go out and you'd see her pull out weeds and pick the fruits and veggies

I think there should be an option where you choose what you want your wife to do each day. Maybe she'll help out with the animals one day, water or harvest crops another day, cook things another day, etc... I wouldn't want her locked into only doing one thing?

It'd be pretty cool if they copied the concept from HM64 where each of the wives did a different little useless task.
