I'm actually gonna do both. I'm getting the hard copy first because it's already pre-ordered, then in about a week I'll download it. And IDK if I saw this here or another site, so I'm gonna repeat it just in case-from someone who downloaded it in (I think) Japan, they said it took up over 8,000 memory blocks. Don't know if the NA version will be that big, but it's best to be prepared.

I'll definitely be buying the hard copy (already have it pre-ordered anyways). I'm as much a collector as I am a gamer, so I always go with hard copies.

And I haven't decided all of the aspects of my town, but my town name will probably be Zurich. But I might change my mind by the time I get it. All of my furniture and town layout and everything I haven't thought about much. I don't like to plan too far ahead.

Both for me. I have the game paid for, so I don't have to bring money!
I'll get the digital copy in a few weeks.

Your welcome. I wish it was a few more letters though. 8 is a little restrictive for a town name :(

Does that mean the word "village" or "town" will be automatically placed after the 8-character name?
I've messed up in many games where I double up words for names accidentally...

Like HM...(insert word here) Ranch Ranch. Lol.

I always name animal crossing towns hills because of how the world turns. I think my last Animal Crossing game was Oak Hill. O.o

^From what I've heard from reviewers, they haven't seen that happen. And I know it doesn't happen in previous AC games.

I have a dilemma with whether or not I should get the physical or digital copy. I always get physical copies, but I kinda wanna get a digital copy for this one. Mainly just for the sake of not wanting to pre-order and stuff like that. Idk.

My current ideas for town names are Rooty, Zephyr, Fantasea, Veridis, Tacloban, Halcyon, Genesis, and Siberia. I'm liking Fantasea and Veridis as of now though. And Genesis.

I am getting the hard copy which I have already ordered. I like Fantasea but Veridis also has a lovely sound to it.

I have not yet thought about a name for my town. I always have the same name for HM farms but tend to change for each AC village/town. My main character is always Lilly, my own name. I have now made a mental note to start thinking about a name for my village/town:

I think I'll be getting a hard copy. I really love downloading, but hard copies can be cheaper. I'm not sure yet. Maybe I will download.

I always get the hard copy, I just prefer having it to look at and read. And generally they're cheaper than the downloads and you can get free stuff while pre-ordering XD It's like, when I pre-ordered Fire Emblem, it was £30 with an art book but the download was about £38? o_O

As for names, I'm going to call my town Daydream because that's a tradition of mine :'D And generally, AC isn't taxing and relaxing like a daydream ;3
