By that, do they mean "soft but tsundere" or something like that?

It sounds to me like they mean her voice is gentle but her personality is harsh.

Considering that "Lin Fa" and "Xiao Pai" are romanizations from the rf4 wiki and a bunch of other places, I wouldn't be surprised if they lurked Ushi either :D

Again, I love the enthusiasm Xseed is putting into this.

I really respect them as a company. I said:

They replied: "Any time. Know you're all excited and thought it would amuse you guys. "

They treat their fans incredibly well, which is something you don't see in the gaming industry much these days.

Xseed is definitely my favorite gaming company out there. They are so friendly and do a great translating job with their games~

They treat the fans with a pleasant air of servitude~

Wouldn't be surprised if they did check up on Fogu, there's a lot of RF fans hanging around and a lot of them are pretty vocal about what they want and like.
