I've never gone beyond year 5 in any game. I'm currently on spring 18 of year 2. This and all the recent HM games just seem to spend so much time per game day that it takes a long time to get through them!

Wow, I didn't think I'd get this many replies. So many people are so far in their game and I'm just year two XD

I've never gone to a year 3 in a harvest moon game but in this, I think I'll surpass that since there's so much I can do.

I think I went til late Spring year 2 in a file I shouldn't have deleted. >.<

I regretted so much deleted that file that I barely played ANB since.

For my first file: mudchu(female) I'm in dpring year 3 finished renov
Second file: mudchu (male) I'm in summer year 2 finished renov
Third file: Sakura I'm in summer yr 1 renov 2
Fourth file: Maliah summer yr 1 renov 3

I haven't played in ages sadly due to work, and other video games I believe I'm in Spring of my 3rd year. I know I'm proposing to the Witch Princess in Fall, for a Fall wedding

Longest save file I had in any HM game was in Island in Happiness. I ended up at Winter 06, Year 03. I can safely say that my *only* file in HM3DS will surpass it in a few days. Well, once I start the Winter. I'm currently on Fall 31 of Year 3. I'll probably end up playing through Year 04.

I don't think I ever made it past year 2 in other hm games besides hm64. Think I made it to year 6 in hm64. All the newer games I tend to peter off after I get married. I kind of liked how hm64 kind of forced you to play a certain time period and build up your farm/relationships with the villagers to a certain percent. I hope future hm games will bring back that storyline.

The longest file I have was the one I currently playing. I'm in Summer Year 2. I, too, tend to get bored quickly after my MC gets married. I'm glad there's a reverse proposal so I have to wait for a bit more before getting married. Though currently I'm on hiatus since I feel like playing RPGs now. D:

I haven't played mine in a while but I think I'm in Spring Year 4 or 5.

I made it to year 10 in tott, the only thing that changes is that the quality of wild items you find improves to 5 stars. this also happens in anb

The longest file for ANB Winter Year 3; now for longest actual file Friends of Mineral Town 50 years. Yes I do mean 50 years in that game; I wanted to see the Mountain Cottage event with Elli. There has been no other file in any other game that has ever made it that far with me.
