My first floor is the entire set of the Harvest theme,I also have Starman,a House Model,and a Big Festive Tree,my goal for the Happy Academy thing is 100,000 points,I'm pretty close though,around 90,000-99,000 points,what else should I put?

you should put in another set for the second floor, and i'm not sure, but having things OTHER than that specific theme you made for that floor will lower the points

You can put whatever you like in the first floor, following this:

Only one theme/set may be on the first floor. Meaning, you cannot have some Exotic and some Green furniture on the first floor, or you'll lose points. You also cannot have stuff like the figurines (Aiko, Naomi, etc.) or anything else from any other set (Backyard, Construction, Wrestling, etc.). Stuff like Tortimer items and Gulliver items are allowed. So are NES games. And Birthday Cake is legal.

For your 2nd floor, go nuts. You can cross sets and themes up there.

Downstaris is Citrus with rare Gulliver and Tortime items all over. Upstaris is a complete modern set with some video games, a black goldfish, a mario statue, and a fishing trophy. Basement is filled with « Puppy Doodoo » and parts for design ideas on other cards.

Um, mrscientific, I recommend you move the Modern set downstairs, and the Citrus stuff upstairs. It'll boost your HRA points hugely.

Why would it boost it so much? Besides my citrus set is huge and the modern set is so small.

Because Modern is a furniture series, while the orange stuff is a set. Series belongs in the first floor, and anything else, includong series, on the second floor.
