Winter 2 glitch

Thomas came and asked me if I'd help him, I said yes, got the item he asked for and now he's not showing up at the shipping bin at 5pm. I even waited until 7 and reloaded my game a couple of times and no dice. Has anyone else had this problem? Any solutions?

I've never heard of this before, I think it was probably a glitch. What did he ask for?

No, bracelets are normal. Probably was a glitch then, there are lots in this game.

Try entering your farmhouse then leave? Or leave your farm and come back.
Never heard about this glitch before.

Just keep reloading and doing different things during the day. Vary the way you get to your farm to meet him. And keep your fingers crossed. You might have just done a weird pattern which made him not show up.
Also, Have you tried talking to where he should be? It might just be his sprite that isn't there...

Maybe you stand in front of the road that Thomas used to walk? If you are, then walk right or left. If you aren't, then it's a glitch then. I haven't heard this glitch, at all..
