i am stuck how can i get the star course 15 somewhere over the rainbow and then i will complete my 141 star

Get into the cannon on the ship (the Bomb buddy can be found by wall-jumping where the Blue Coins are, near the maze). Then, shoot to the middle of the big circle rainbow. The star is on that platform. Good luck!
